Nice room. Comfortable bed. Clean washroom but the shower tool a good while to heat up. Working AC. Decent sized TV with a couch and table. Desk available, but chair was a bit beat up. Vine restaurant and bar is attached and has good good. Happen to stay during their half off a pound of wings. Small gym but enough for a light workout. There's also a pool and hot tub. Had some miscommunication about the breakfast. Front desk said there is a $10 charge while the banquet server said there is no charge. Not sure if I'll see a separate charge to my credit card after. Regardless, stuck in the area for another day so will be checking in for another night.
Very clean and comfortable. Has a nice sink and microwave area Complimentary breakfast for 2 only. Good breakfast but u have to pay extra for the kids. We had 4 staying. Not so good. Also u couldnt take your breakfast to your room.Very good staff. dryer was taking to long and staff assisted with a smile.
This was an OK place. The staff was great, but I missed the usual hotel amenities like body lotion and good coffee with real cream in the lobby. The free breakfast was also quite limited. I know it sounds petty to criticize these things, but I didn't realize how much I appreciated them until they weren't there.
I had a King Suite here and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is the bed, two night stands, TV, couch, chair, coffee table, bench, desk with office chair, fast internet (>50 Mb/s), AC, microwave, sink, iron, soap and shampoo. Everything was great and as you would expect, a clean room. They provide sufficient amounts of cleaning supplies, however my tissue box only had two tissues remaining. Unfortunately the blinds on the windows do not close fully, so if you want to sleep early, that might be an issue.There is complementary breakfast, and the food is acceptable. It is well made, but not too flavorful or surprising. The other items you can order from the restaurant are better. I had a quesadilla for my room, and they provided cutlery, wipes, napkins, and the meal with sauces included. The prices are comparable to other sit down restaurants and not expensive or cheap.
Absolutely excellent service! General Manager Gerry is a pure gem. Robin and Sandra provided great service as well at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast is a complete hot breakfast buffet. The vine staff were also great. Thank you all for everything!
